Job summary

Worley Parsons is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end procurement for large capital packages. You will lead strategy, market engagement, tendering, evaluation, negotiation, award, and PO administration to final delivery and close-out.

Based in Oman, you will interact with Engineering, Contracts, Expediting, Logistics and Construction teams, ensuring HSSE, cost, schedule, and quality objectives are met on projects in challenging environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering, supply chain, business, commerce or related field.
• Professional procurement qualification (MCIPS/CPSM/ISM) preferred.
• Minimum 12–15 years’ procurement experience in relevant sectors.
• Experience with EPC/ Owner's team delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement for complex packages from strategy to close-out.
• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with project goals.
• Conduct supplier evaluations, negotiations and award recommendations.
• Manage purchase orders and ensure compliance with governance.
• Monitor supplier performance and mitigation of delivery risks.
