Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• 20+ years of engineering and project management experience.
• 15+ years in Oil & Gas within EPCM project environments.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, multidisciplinary projects.
• Commitment to HSSE leadership and risk management.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project execution from initiation through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, and risk for successful delivery.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and ensure effective communication across all project functions.
• Monitor performance against baselines and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, governance, and contractual obligations.
• Provide leadership in resource planning and performance management.
• Prepare and present progress reports and strategic recommendations.
