Worley is seeking a Contract Manager in Oman to lead contracting and commercial activities across engineering, procurement, construction, fabrication, and services on major capital projects. You will drive contracting strategy, governance, and effective change management.

Ideal candidate has 15+ years in contract/commercial management within Oil & Gas or energy sectors, with experience in EPC/EPCM environments and international projects, particularly in the Middle East.

Qualificações

• Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law, Business or related discipline.
• Professional qualification in Commercial Management or Contract Management is preferred.
• Membership of a recognised professional institution is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and execution of contracting and commercial strategy.
• Manage tender evaluations, negotiations, and contract award.
• Administer contracts through full lifecycle from award to close-out.
• Maintain registers and logs for obligations and commercial correspondence.
• Provide risk, change, and claims management across projects.
• Ensure compliance with policies, client requirements and governance.
