Job summary

Worley is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to lead end-to-end procurement for complex packages on the Kirkuk project, coordinating with engineering, contracts, expediting, logistics, and construction teams. You will develop sourcing strategies, conduct market assessments, and manage supplier negotiations to meet cost, schedule and quality objectives.

The role requires extensive experience in procurement for large-scale energy projects, strong governance knowledge, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is required.
• Proven experience in end-to-end procurement for major projects.
• Strong understanding of procurement governance and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate HSSE commitment and promote compliant procurement practices.
• Manage procurement packages from strategy to close-out.
• Develop package-specific procurement strategies aligned with project needs.
• Lead supplier engagement, evaluations, and negotiations.
• Identify and mitigate procurement risks and drive recovery plans.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, contracts, expediting, logistics and construction.
