Worley in Muscat is seeking a seasoned Project Procurement Manager to lead the end-to-end supply chain for a major project. You will govern procurement, contracts, expediting, and logistics, ensuring safe, on-time delivery and compliance with local content requirements.

You will guide the team across HSSE, governance, and stakeholder engagement, delivering value while managing risks and supplier performance on a complex, international supply chain.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field is required.
• Minimum extensive experience in supply chain, procurement, contracts, and expediting on large projects.
• Experience leading project supply chain teams and working with EPC/EPCM/PMC delivery models.

Responsabilidades

• Provide HSSE leadership and promote safety, integrity, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Develop and execute the project's integrated supply chain strategy aligned with delivery objectives.
• Lead Procurement, Contracts, Expediting, Supplier Quality Surveillance, Logistics, and Materials Management.
• Establish governance, controls, and performance management for supply chain activities.
• Ensure timely sourcing, inspection, transportation, and storage of project materials and services.
• Drive supplier performance, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement across the lifecycle.
