Job summary

ZL Chemicals in Muscat, Oman, seeks a Project Manager for polymer facility DBOT projects. You will own delivery from concept to operation, interfacing with the client, EPCs and asset teams to ensure schedule, cost and quality targets are met.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team across engineering, construction, commissioning, HSE and controls while maintaining close coordination with client Operations and technical authorities. Expatriate, single status assignment based in Oman.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in a relevant field with extensive PM experience.
• Experience delivering DBOT/EPC or multi-package projects in oil and gas.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards and QP planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery from concept through commissioning and handover.
• Own the Project Execution Plan, schedule baseline, cost baseline and risks.
• Interface with client reps, EPC contractors and asset teams, handling reviews.
• Manage ties-in, shutdowns, PW work, and Change Management under permits.
• Drive zero-defect handover and successful pre-startup and IOP milestones.
