Job summary

Napster Corp in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Partner Account Manager to lead and grow our channel and strategic partner relationships across KSA. You will be the primary contact for a portfolio of partners, driving engagement, enabling partners, and delivering commercially successful outcomes.

You will collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services and Partner Marketing to identify opportunities, progress deals and grow revenue. Fluent Arabic and English are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in partner account management, channel sales, alliances or enterprise technology sales.
• Strong experience managing channel and strategic partner accounts within Saudi Arabia.
• Established relationships across the KSA technology ecosystem, including system integrators, resellers and technology partners.
• Proven ability to develop partner pipeline and contribute to revenue growth.
• Experience managing partner business reviews, joint account planning and sales cadences.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationships with assigned channel and strategic partners across KSA.
• Coordinate partner onboarding and activation with internal teams.
• Identify opportunities, map target accounts and support joint sales pursuits.
• Maintain visibility of partner pipelines, opportunities, next steps and blockers.
• Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue.
• Coordinate joint marketing activities and partner investments with marketing.
