Job summary

Mogi I/O is seeking a Sales Manager in Masqaţ, Oman to lead oilfield business development. You will expand commercial activity across the country’s oilfield trading market, leveraging your network with operators, EPC contractors, and service providers.

The role requires strong knowledge of oilfield equipment, proven sales leadership, and the ability to secure long-term contracts. English and Hindi fluency is expected; Arabic is a plus. A valid Oman driving license is necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Solid experience in oilfield equipment sales, trading, or business development.
• Direct commercial experience in Oman oil and gas market.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and market growth objectives.
• Identify opportunities with operators, EPC contractors, drilling companies, and service providers.
• Build relationships with procurement, engineering, and commercial teams.
