Job summary

Oman Housing Bank | بنك الإسكان العُماني seeks a Mobile Application Support Expert to ensure the availability, security, and performance of the bank's mobile banking app on iOS and Android. You will manage end-to-end lifecycle, deployments, and production releases while meeting regulatory standards.

You will lead incident resolution, integration work with Temenos Fabric/Visualizer, API and T24 interfaces, and implement security controls such as MFA and SSL pinning to protect customer data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in mobile application development, application support, or digital banking technology within banking/financial services.
• Strong hands-on experience with Temenos Fabric/Quantum and Temenos Visualizer, including development, configuration, integration, and production support.
• Experience managing mobile banking applications across iOS and Android, including deployment, version management, and production releases.
• Strong knowledge of Temenos Transact (T24) integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, Java, Node.js, and related integration technologies.
• Experience with mobile application publishing, CI/CD, security controls, and release management.
• Familiarity with OCI, Kubernetes, and application monitoring tools.
• ITIL knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manages end-to-end technical operations and support of the bank's mobile banking app across iOS and Android for availability, stability, and performance.
• Provides Level 2/3 technical support by investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents within SLAs.
• Oversees configuration, maintenance, and performance of Temenos Fabric/Visualizer platforms and related services.
• Monitors app performance, availability, crash reports, API response times, and transaction success rates to ensure reliable services.
• Performs root-cause analysis and implements preventive measures to minimize disruptions and improve reliability.
• Drives CI/CD enhancements, automated testing, and release management for smooth deployments.
• Coordinates app upgrades, Temenos Fabric enhancements, system migrations, and deployment activities.
• Ensures security controls such as MFA, SSL pinning, and device binding to protect customer data.
