Job summary

Oman Housing Bank is seeking a Senior Engineer – T24 Core Banking to ensure stability, availability, and performance of the Core Banking System. You will provide technical and functional support, manage configurations, and assist with deployments to minimize disruption and support business continuity.

The role requires collaboration with internal teams and external vendors, adherence to security standards, and participation in SIT, UAT, COB, and production validations to deliver reliable banking

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant IT or banking technology.
• Minimum 5 years in Core Banking system implementation or support.
• Hands-on experience with Temenos Transact (T24) or comparable platform.
• Understanding of retail banking operations and GL concepts.
• Experience in incident, change, and production support processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 technical and functional support for Core Banking.
• Monitor availability, stability, and performance of Core Banking System.
• Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
• Support COB processes for daily banking operations.
• Configure and enhance system parameters, workflows, and business rules.
• Participate in SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production validation.
• Coordinate with internal Technology teams, business users, vendors, and service providers.
• Develop and maintain operational reports and data extracts.
