Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
• 6+ years of mobile application development or digital banking technology within banking/financial services.
• Strong hands-on experience with Temenos Fabric/Quantum and Temenos Visualizer, including development and production support.
• Experience managing mobile banking apps across iOS and Android, including app deployment and releases.
• Strong knowledge of Temenos Transact (T24) integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, Java, and Node.js.
• Experience with mobile app security controls, authentication, secure communications, and vulnerability remediation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, OCI, Kubernetes, and application monitoring tools.
• ITIL knowledge; certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manages end-to-end technical operations and support of the mobile banking app across iOS and Android.
• Provides Level 2/3 technical support by investigating, troubleshooting and resolving incidents.
• Oversees configuration, maintenance and performance of Temenos Fabric and Visualizer platforms.
• Monitors app performance, availability, crash reports and API response times.
• Performs root cause analysis and implements preventive measures.
• Develops tests and implements enhancements, bug fixes and new functionalities.
• Manages end-to-end mobile app release lifecycle including publishing on App Store / Google Play.
• Plans upgrades, enhancements, migrations, and deployment activities.
• Manages app integrations with Temenos Fabric/Transact and external systems.
• Implements mobile app security controls including MFA, device binding, SSL pinning, jailbreak/root detection.
• Coordinates resolution of VAPT findings with Security and stakeholders.
• Supports CI/CD improvements, automated testing, and release management.
• Collaborates with business, Technology, PMO, Information Security, Temenos and other providers.
• Maintains technical documentation, runbooks, and performance reports.
