Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of Core Banking experience.
• Hands-on experience with Temenos Transact (T24) or comparable core banking platforms.
• Experience in incident, problem, change, and production support.
• Knowledge of SDLC, SIT/UAT, COB processes.

Aufgaben

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical and functional support for the Core Banking System.
• Monitor availability, stability, and performance to ensure operational continuity.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system incidents; perform root cause analysis.
• Configure and enhance banking products, workflows, and business rules.
• Support COB, upgrades, migrations, integrations, and deployments.
