Tawteen is seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to ensure the stability and optimal performance of enterprise and core banking applications. This role requires strong incident management skills and the ability to work closely with both internal teams and vendors to resolve issues efficiently.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT, a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, and must be an Omani national. The position offers opportunities for continuous learning and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Omani nationals only.
• Minimum 8 years of IT experience focused on banking technologies.
• ITSM Certificate is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for enterprise and banking applications.
• Manage application incidents and coordinate with infrastructure teams.
• Support system deployments and participate in testing activities.
• Ensure application readiness for business continuity and disaster recovery.
• Support day-to-day supervision of the application support team.
