Job summary

Talabat, part of Delivery Hero Group, seeks a Senior Category Manager to scale our tMart grocery cloud store across MENA. You will lead pricing, assortment, and SKU strategies, working with regional teams to drive profitability and growth in multiple markets.

You will own category performance analyses, coordinate with marketing, and guide data-driven decision making while engaging with senior stakeholders and regional partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in progressive product/category development and management in large retailers (FMCG)
• Experience leading cross-functional projects at scale
• Detail-oriented, structured, and able to prioritize effectively
• Willing to work hands-on (warehouse floor or customer interactions) as needed
• Ability to interact with senior executives and manage multiple stakeholders
• Strong analytical, communication, and intercultural skills
• Fluent English and Arabic

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing strategy by country to meet objectives
• Identify competitors, collect audits, set pricing matrix, test results
• Lead assortment guidelines (breadth & depth) and SKU limits
• Develop reports on GMROI, underperforming items, and potential listings
• Maintain pricing strategies and protect price perception
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and promo ROI
