Job summary

Talabat, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a Senior Operations Manager for its tMart cloud-store concept. The role focuses on end-to-end store operations, inventory control, and productivity improvements to scale across multiple markets in the region.

You will lead teams, manage schedules, ensure service levels, and partner with executives to optimize costs and performance. The position requires strong analytical and stakeholder management skills in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive operations leadership in a large retail/ e-commerce context.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead cross-functional teams at scale.
• Detail-oriented, structured, and capable of prioritizing to deliver solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end operations for the tMart grocery concept across stores.
• Manage inventory policies, stock-in/stock-out, shrink, and freshness quality.
• Lead pick-pack workflows, staffing, and scheduling to meet service levels.
• Oversee property, asset management, and facilities maintenance.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining efficiency.
• Define guidelines for maintenance, outsourcing vs in-house, and preventive plans.
• Drive productivity, standards, and staff development.
• Monitor store costs vs budget and initiate improvement actions.
