Job summary

Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) is seeking a Procurement Senior Associate to lead end-to-end procurement for the ARISE Program in Oman. You will draft ToRs, manage bidding, and ensure compliance with donor and government regulations while coordinating with the HQ Procurement Unit and local entities.

The role requires at least 5 years in procurement and strong ERP/e-procurement proficiency, with excellent English writing and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, procurement, finance, law, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in procurement, contract management and supply chain operations.
• Experience with complex procurements and international organizations preferred.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and e-procurement software.
• Strong English writing and presentation skills; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor the ARISE procurement plan with timelines and budgets.
• Draft ToRs and technical specifications compliant with GGGI rules and donor conditions.
• Prepare contracts and ensure technical clearance before submission.
• Manage end-to-end procurement using GGGI systems and templates.
• Coordinate with vendors, government entities, and internal teams for bidding and delivery.
• Track milestones and ensure audit-ready documentation.
