Job summary

Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) seeks a Senior Green Entrepreneurship & Accelerator Program Officer to design, roll out and manage the ARISE Bioeconomy Businesses Accelerator in Dhofar, Oman. You will bridge private sector innovation with public sector capacity building, fostering 1,000+ green startups and supporting SSEZ governance.

Requirements include advanced degree and 7–10 years of international experience in entrepreneurship programs, with English and Arabic proficiency, and a track

Qualifications

• Advanced university degree required in relevant field.
• International experience in entrepreneurship, incubation/acceleration, SME development, and capacity building preferred.
• Ability to design governance frameworks for SEZs or green industrial parks.

Responsibilities

• Design, rollout and manage the Bioeconomy Businesses Accelerator in Dhofar.
• Bridge private sector innovation with public sector capacity building.
• Support capacity-building for government stakeholders and SSEZ governance.
• Collaborate with lenders and development banks to facilitate green financing.
• Organize capacity needs assessments and training events.
