Job summary

Global Green Growth Institute is seeking a Senior HR Associate to manage and integrate core HR processes for the Oman Arise Program. The role ensures delivery of recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, and other HR services across regional and HQ teams.

You will support HR policy adherence, regional workforce planning, and data-driven reporting, while adapting to diverse operational contexts and maintaining compliance with organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, or related field; Master’s/post-graduate qualification advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience, ideally in international or multicultural settings.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; Arabic knowledge is an asset.
• Experience managing HR processes across multiple countries or regions is desirable.
• Good writing and editing skills; high proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and consolidate HR processes for Oman Arise Program across country teams, regional offices and HQ.
• Advise leadership on HR rules, recruitment standards, and engagement of external consultants in line with policies.
• Support corporate HR initiatives and contribute to HR service improvements.
• Provide timely, high‑quality end‑to‑end recruitment support for hiring managers.
• Develop and maintain regional HR reporting and analytics to inform decision making.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational bottlenecks and align HR services with client requirements.
