Job summary

The Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) is seeking a Procurement Senior Associate to support the ARISE Oman initiative. You will manage end-to-end procurement, draft ToRs, and ensure compliance with donor requirements and GGGI policies.

You will collaborate with the ARISE Program Director, the Finance Control Senior Associate, and local vendors to drive timely, transparent, and cost-effective acquisitions while maintaining audit-ready records and risk tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, procurement, finance, law, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, contract management, and supply chain operations.
• Experience handling complex procurements, large-scale construction, and international consulting services, preferably with an international org, NGO, or government agency.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and E-Procurement software.
• Excellent English writing and presentation skills.
• Arabic language is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and finalize the Phase 1 ARISE Program Procurement Plan.
• Monitor procurement plan execution with budgets and timelines.
• Update procurement plan as per workplan needs.
• Provide updates on delays, risks, and procurement bottlenecks with proactive solutions.
• Draft TORs and technical specifications for goods and services in compliance with GGGI Rules.
