Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven, progressive experience in sales and business development within the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
• Minimum 5 years successfully operating in the Oman market.
• Deep knowledge of global freight forwarding with experience selling air, sea, and land freight solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development and ensure volume with revenue growth.
• Expand the current books of business and increase support from existing customers.
• Generate the brand image and value of CSS and offer clear value proposition to customers.
• Sell Ocean Freighting, Air Freighting, and other logistics solutions including 3PL.
• Meet revenue and volume targets; onboard new customers; manage share of wallet.
• Perform MIS, market analysis, reporting; assist with credit controls.
