Job summary

Consolidated Schipping Services LLC in Oman seeks a seasoned Sales and Business Development leader to expand our logistics offerings, including ocean, air, and land freight, warehousing and customs support. You will drive revenue growth, build strong customer relationships, and increase market share in the Oman region.

The role requires deep freight forwarding knowledge, strategic selling, and proven ability to negotiate terms that align with company goals and customer needs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven, progressive experience in sales and business development within the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
• Minimum 5 years successfully operating in the Oman market.
• Strong knowledge of global freight forwarding including air, sea and land solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development to achieve revenue and volume targets, expanding current books of business.
• Generate brand value and improve share of wallet with existing accounts month over month.
• Provide MIS market analysis and reporting to monitor performance and opportunities.
• Credit control for existing and future customers to manage risk and cash flow.

Drive business development and ensure volume with revenuegrowth. Expand the current books of business and increase support from theexisting customers. Generate the brand image and value of CSS and offer clearvalue proposition to customers.

• CSSProduct Portfolio to be offered to Customers:
• OceanFreighting - Export, Import and X-Trade Sales (both FCL & LCL)
• AirFreighting – Export, Import and X-Trade Sales
• Warehousing& Distribution & 3PL (Crating/Lashing, Exhibition, Last MileDelivery)
• CustomsClearance & Transportation - Both Export and Import for Ocean and Airshipments.
• BreakBulk / ODC shipments
• Salesrelated Job activities:
• Salesand Business Development: To achieve target of both revenue and volumewith constant endeavor to meet and on-board new customers. Also, toensure increasing the “share of wallet” with the existing accounts monthon month.

We are looking for
