Job summary

ASYAD Group is seeking a senior leader to lead its Freight Forwarding business in Muscat, Oman. This role includes strategic planning, P&L accountability, and the development of strong commercial partnerships across Air, Sea, and Road Freight.

The successful candidate will implement comprehensive logistics strategies, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with regulations while driving revenue growth and service quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in logistics and supply chain, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in freight forwarding with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong understanding of GCC and international logistics markets and trade regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Freight Forwarding business in Oman.
• Drive commercial expansion by winning new business across multiple freight services.
• Ensure compliance with ASYAD Group standards and regulatory frameworks.
