deugro is seeking a Sales Manager in Muscat, Oman to drive growth in freight forwarding and project logistics. You will identify opportunities in Oil & Gas, build strong client relationships, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract award.

Understanding of international transportation solutions across air, ocean, road, and project cargo.
Strong track record in winning new business and growing revenue.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding, Oil & Gas, and project logistics.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Lead the full sales cycle from contact to proposal, negotiation, and post-sales support.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
Negotiate terms and close new business to meet revenue targets.
Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities.
Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with internal teams for onboarding.
