Job summary

Confidential Company in Muscat seeks a target-oriented Sales Executive for Project Logistics to drive growth across the UAE and Oman. You will leverage freight forwarding and logistics sales expertise to expand the project cargo portfolio, building long-term relationships with key clients.

The role requires knowledge of project cargo, over-dimensional (ODC) cargo, heavy haulage, multimodal solutions, and familiarity with Oil & Gas or power-generation sectors.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant sales experience in freight forwarding or project logistics
• Knowledge of project cargo, over-dimensional (ODC) cargo, heavy haulage, and multimodal logistics
• Bachelor's degree preferred; UAE/Oman market experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in project logistics and freight forwarding across the UAE and Oman
• Generate leads, build a strong sales pipeline and convert prospects into customers
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Promote project logistics solutions including project cargo, ODC heavy haulage and multimodal transportation
• Identify business opportunities in Oil & Gas, power generation, industrial projects, or related sectors
• Coordinate with internal operations to propose suitable logistics solutions for customers
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms and follow up on opportunities
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements to identify new opportunities
• Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress
• Ensure timely follow-up with prospects and high-quality customer service
