Job summary

Johnson Controls in Oman seeks a Senior Sales Engineer to support the Fire Protection and Security Systems business. You will identify opportunities in Oman, develop technical and commercial proposals, and coordinate tendering with internal stakeholders to win contracts in the oil and gas sector.

With a strong engineering background and minimum 5 years of relevant experience, you will drive territory growth, build client relationships, and collaborate with engineering, sales, and contracting

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record delivering sales targets in Oman (oil & gas) for fire protection and security systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities across Oman.
• Prepare competitive, high-quality proposals addressing customer requirements and project scope.
• Support tendering and bidding activities through technical and commercial coordination.
• Position Johnson Controls with knowledge of fire protection, fire detection, fire & gas, and security systems.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to grow the territory.
