Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to support our Fire Protection and Security Systems business in Oman. Based in Oman, you will join the Oil & Gas Sales-Contracting team and help expand our footprint with customers in the region.

You will develop opportunities end-to-end, shape customer solutions, and coordinate tendering activities for fire protection, fire detection, and security systems, leveraging technical and commercial skills to win strategic deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record in Oman for fire & gas, fire protection, and security systems in the oil & gas sector.
• Ability to design technical solutions and advise customers on best-fit solutions.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Valid Oman Driving License.

Responsabilités

• Identify, qualify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities across Oman.
• Prepare competitive proposals addressing customer requirements, project scope, and commercial expectations.
• Support tendering and bidding activities through technical and commercial coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Position Johnson Controls through knowledge of fire protection, fire detection, fire & gas, and security systems.
• Understand competitors and respond effectively during the sales cycle.
• Build long-term customer relationships with a focus on territory growth and repeat business.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales and contracting teams to support solution design and deal progression.
