Job summary

Zoomlion is actively seeking a sales professional in Oman to develop market prospects for construction machinery, interact with CRM, and prepare technical equipment presentations. The role requires 3+ years in the field, strong negotiation skills, and a marketing background.

You will lead prospecting, proposals, and contracts through delivery, while supporting post-sales activities and marketing campaigns to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Must have sales experience in construction machines, heavy equipment, earthmoving or mining machines.
• Proficient in English; Arabic preferred.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience in Oman.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Customer and market prospecting and development.
• Update and interact with CRM (client and project management).
• Prepare analysis, comparisons and technical presentations on equipment.
• Prepare proposals and contracts and monitor project phases until delivery of equipment.
• Report and conduct market research for strategic direction and guidance.
• Support post-sales processes and actions.
• Support financing and collection work.
• Assist in organizing and implementing marketing campaigns.
• Identify potential customers and establish new business opportunities.
• Conduct market analysis on current and future market trends, customer needs, demand forecasting, competition, risks and growth opportunities.

• - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• - At least 3+ years’ experience in relevant field within the Oman.
• - Bachelor's degree preferably Masters Degree in Marketing.
