Job summary

Zoomlion Oman is seeking a driven sales professional to prospect and develop customers in the construction and heavy equipment sectors. You will identify new opportunities, manage CRM interactions, and prepare proposals and contracts to move projects from first contact to delivery.

The role requires at least 3+ years in Oman, strong English and Arabic communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. A marketing background is preferred, with a degree in Marketing.

Qualifications

Job description

Preparation of proposals and contracts and monitoring of project phases until delivery of equipment.

Reporting and market research for strategic direction and guidance.

Support for post-sales processes and actions.

Support financing and collection work.

Support in the organization and implementation of marketing campaigns

Identify the potential customers and establishing new business opportunities.

Conduct the market analysis in relation to current and future market trends, customer needs evaluation, demand forecasting, competition, risks and identify the opportunities for company’s growth.

Other Requirements:

• - Must have sales experience in construction machines, heavy equipment, earthmoving, mining machines, etc.
• - Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic preferred
• - Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation, and details oriented.
• - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• - At least 3+ years’ experience in relevant field within the Oman.
• - Bachelor's degree preferably Masters Degree in Marketing.
