Job summary

Zoomlion is seeking a sales-focused professional in Oman to prospect and develop customers and markets for construction machinery. You will update CRM with client and project information, and prepare analyses, comparisons and technical presentations on equipment.

You will also prepare proposals and contracts, monitor project phases until delivery, and conduct market research to guide strategic direction. You will support post-sales processes and financing/collections, leveraging strong English

Qualifications

• Must have sales experience in construction machines, heavy equipment, earthmoving, mining machines, etc.
• English language (Required)
• Arabic language (Added Advantage)
• Oman driving license (Required)
• Oman experience (Required)
• Bachelor's degree preferably Masters Degree in Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Customer and market prospecting and development.
• Update and interaction with CRM (client and project management).
• Preparation of analysis, comparisons and technical presentations on equipment.
• Preparation of proposals and contracts and monitoring of project phases until delivery of equipment.
• Reporting and market research for strategic direction and guidance.
• Support for post-sales processes and actions.
• Support financing and collection work.
• Support in the organization and implementation of marketing campaigns
• Identify the potential customers and establishing new business opportunities.
• Conduct the market analysis in relation to current and future market trends, customer needs evaluation, demand forecasting, competition, risks and identify the opportunities for company’s growth.

Other Requirements

• - Must have sales experience in construction machines, heavy equipment, earthmoving, mining machines, etc.
• - Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic preferred
• - Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation, and details oriented.
• - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• - At least 3+ years’ experience in relevant field within the Oman.
• - Bachelor's degree preferably Masters Degree in Marketing.
