Tivoli Hotels & Resorts Muscat is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager for SEEN Rooftop Restaurant. You will oversee daily operations, ensure luxury service standards, and drive revenue while maintaining HACCP compliant practices.

The role requires 3–5 years in luxury hospitality, leadership and strong English communication; Arabic is a plus. You will mentor the outlet team, collaborate with kitchen and bar, and deliver memorable guest experiences in a premier rooftop setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 3–5 years experience as Outlet Manager or Assistant in luxury settings.
• Experience managing rooftop, lifestyle or premium dining concepts preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and HACCP aware.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operation of SEEN Rooftop Restaurant and ensure service excellence.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, beverage presentation, cleanliness, and SOPs.
• Lead financial performance, payroll, and cost controls with the team.
• Recruit, train, and develop outlet staff; manage scheduling and labor costs.
• Collaborate with Bar Manager and Executive Chef on offerings and events.
• Ensure health, safety and regulatory compliance for the outlet.
