Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Muscat seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead the Food & Beverage team, delivering exceptional guest experiences at a luxury property in Muscat. You will supervise daily operations, plan events, train staff, maintain service standards, and collaborate with the Executive Chef and other departments.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in luxury hospitality, strong leadership, and a passion for service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the luxury hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong guest focus and customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of information systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day Food & Beverage operations.
• Coordinates functions and guest events with other departments.
• Ensures service standards, quality and guest satisfaction.
• Provides training and coaching to team members.
• Manages recruitment and performance appraisals as needed.
