Mandarin Oriental Muscat is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join the Food and Beverage team. You will supervise daily F&B operations, ensure exceptional guest service and uphold the luxury standards that define Mandarin Oriental.

The role involves coordinating events, leading training initiatives, and maintaining high levels of quality and cost control. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of luxury hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and a professional, guest‑focused approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury hospitality.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional language preferred.
• Knowledge of information systems is beneficial.
• Guest service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional, well-groomed appearance and integrity.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day Food & Beverage operations in the assigned area.
• Control and analyze product quality, service levels and costs.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address issues.
• Assist in recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Coordinate guest reservations and private events as required.
• Develop training plans and conduct on-the-job training sessions.
• Maintain clear communication with the Executive Chef and other departments.
