Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Muscat is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join the Food & Beverage team, driving luxury service and seamless operations in a premier resort. You will supervise daily F&B activities, uphold exceptional guest experiences, and collaborate with senior leadership on training and standards.

The ideal candidate has a background in luxury hospitality, strong communication and organizational skills, and a commitment to service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury hospitality.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Guest focus and customer service orientation.
• Proficiency in information systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day F&B operations in the assigned area.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and take action when required.
• Coordinate guest reservations and private events.
• Develop training plans for Food & Beverage staff.
• Ensure service standards and hygiene are maintained.
• Lead by example and foster teamwork.
