Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hotel F&B operations.
• Previous supervisory or assistant management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of the assigned Food & Beverage operation, ensuring smooth service and Mandarin Oriental standards.
• Ensure staff have excellent knowledge of food and beverage offerings and communicate this to guests.
• Attend and participate in training sessions and meetings as required.
• Assist in development plans to support sales, profitability, and team development.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and uphold high service standards.
