Job summary

Tivoli Hotels & Resorts Muscat is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager for SEEN Rooftop Restaurant. You will oversee daily operations, ensure luxury service standards, and drive revenue while maintaining HACCP compliant practices.

The role requires 3–5 years in luxury hospitality, leadership and strong English communication; Arabic is a plus. You will mentor the outlet team, collaborate with kitchen and bar, and deliver memorable guest experiences in a premier rooftop setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 3–5 years experience as Outlet Manager or Assistant in luxury settings.
• Experience managing rooftop, lifestyle or premium dining concepts preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and HACCP aware.

Position Summary

The Outlet Manager is responsible for the overall operation, financial performance, and guest satisfaction of SEEN Rooftop Restaurant. The role ensures the outlet consistently delivers exceptional service standards, high-quality food and beverage experiences, and achieves revenue and profitability targets while maintaining the luxury standards of Tivoli Hotels & Resorts and Minor Hotels.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Management

  Oversee the daily operation of SEEN Rooftop Restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

  Maintain the highest standards of food quality, beverage presentation, cleanliness, and service.

  Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are implemented and followed.

  Conduct daily briefings and communicate operational priorities to the team.

  Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards.

  Monitor guest flow and seating to maximize capacity while maintaining service excellence.

  Coordinate closely with the Kitchen, Stewarding, Reservations, and other hotel departments.

• Guest Experience

  Deliver memorable and personalized guest experiences.

  Build relationships with VIP guests and regular patrons.

  Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.

  Monitor online guest feedback and implement service improvements.

  Ensure Tivoli and Minor Hotels luxury service standards are consistently maintained.

• Financial Performance

  Achieve monthly revenue and profitability targets.

  Control payroll, operating expenses, and cost of sales.

  Monitor beverage cost and food cost in collaboration with the Executive Chef and Cost Controller.

  Analyze daily sales reports and identify opportunities to increase revenue.

  Drive upselling and promotional activities to maximize average spend per guest.

• Team Leadership

  Recruit, train, coach, and develop the outlet team.

  Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

  Ensure proper scheduling to meet business demands while controlling labor costs.

  Foster a positive, motivated, and high-performing work environment.

  Promote teamwork and employee engagement.

• Beverage & Lifestyle Experience

  Work closely with the Bar Manager and Executive Chef to develop innovative food and beverage offerings.

  Ensure the outlet maintains its reputation as Muscat's premier rooftop dining destination.

  Support seasonal promotions, entertainment programs, and special events.

  Ensure consistency in music, lighting, ambience, and overall guest atmosphere.

• Health, Safety & Compliance

  Ensure compliance with Oman Municipality regulations and hotel policies.

  Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the outlet.

  Ensure all team members comply with grooming and uniform standards.

  Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years' experience as an Outlet Manager or Assistant Outlet Manager in a luxury hotel or high-end standalone restaurant.
• Experience managing rooftop, lifestyle, or premium dining concepts is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen.
• Excellent guest relations and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
