Job summary

Pleny is seeking a Business Development Specialist for Restaurant Partnerships in Riyadh. This part-time, field-based role involves locating restaurants, engaging decision makers, and convincing them to partner with Pleny across promotions and content programs.

Work happens primarily on-site at restaurants around Riyadh. You’ll build a strong pipeline via field visits, social channels, and referrals, while meeting monthly partnership targets and contributing to market growth for a food-tech

Qualifications

• 2+ years of business development, partnerships or merchant acquisition experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Fluent Arabic and good English.
• Comfortable with cold outreach, walk-ins and hearing “no” often.
• Proactive and self-driven, able to manage your own schedule and targets.

Responsibilities

• Get restaurants listed on the Pleny app and secure partnerships.
• Sign restaurants up for paid promotion packages.
• Bring restaurants into content programs and on-site shoots.
• Build a pipeline through field visits, social networks and events.
• Reach decision makers, not just front desk staff.
• Hit monthly partnership targets and renewals.
