Qualifications

• Proven track record in a management role such as City Lead, General Manager, or Head of Operations.
• Demonstrated experience launching, managing, or scaling operations in a new city or market.
• Experience managing budgets and delivering against operational and financial targets.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the company's strategy for launching and growing its operations in Riyadh.
• Identify local market opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Oversee day-to-day Riyadh operations, including driver supply, service quality, customer support, and local marketing.
• Ensure Riyadh operations comply with company standards and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
• Implement and optimize scalable processes to support Riyadh growth.
• Build and mentor a local team, establish performance metrics, and provide regular feedback.
• Establish relationships with local stakeholders and government bodies, coordinating with the central team.
• Provide regular performance and market reports to headquarters and analyze data to inform decisions.
