Job summary

talabat is seeking a proactive Compliance & Fraud Associate in Oman to monitor Fleet Partner Rider activity and enforce platform policies. You will assist in anti‑fraud controls, conduct on‑site audits, and serve as a primary contact for rider compliance questions.

The role requires strong communication in English and Arabic, with Urdu a plus, and experience in food/grocery tech. Join a collaborative team focused on reducing risk and ensuring operational integrity across the fleet network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 2–3 years in food/grocery tech strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Google Suite (GDocs, GSheets, GSlides, GForms).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic; Urdu a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Fleet Partner Rider activity, flag suspicious behavior and fraud cases.
• Support day-to-day operational compliance with platform policies.
• Assist in anti‑fraud controls during live operations and escalate findings.
• Conduct site visit audits to verify behaviour and compliance.
• Serve as a point of contact for compliance queries from riders.
• Support end-to-end processes for rider‑level cancellation fraud cases.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and audit findings.
• Provide updates to Supervisor on status and patterns on the ground.
• Collaborate with internal teams on fraud and compliance initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of SOPs and special projects.
