Job summary

Snoonu, a Qatar-based super app, is hiring a LiveOps Executive to be the operational heartbeat across Oman. You’ll monitor live delivery operations, coordinate with 3PL partners, and resolve issues affecting the customer experience.

In this role you’ll track KPIs, support city launches, troubleshoot merchant devices, and communicate clearly with riders, merchants and tech teams. English and Arabic fluency help you steer the network with confidence.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, last-mile delivery, or a fast-paced coordination role.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple moving parts.
• Clear, confident communicator with field teams, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor live delivery operations across Oman cities and track order flows in real time.
• Coordinate daily with 3PL partners to align rider deployment with demand forecasts.
• Identify and resolve operational issues impacting the customer experience.
• Support new city/zone launches with pre-launch readiness checks.
• Track and report KPI metrics such as CPO, on-time rate, and rider utilisation.
• Provide back-end merchant support and troubleshoot order-flow issues.
• Troubleshoot merchant devices and coordinate with tech to minimise downtime.
