Job summary

Talentco in Muscat, Oman seeks an experienced Fleet Operations Lead to manage end-to-end transport and fleet operations for complex project cargo. You will plan and optimize truck trailer dispatches, coordinate with ports, terminals, customs brokers and clearing agents, and monitor vessel schedules and cargo movements.

You will ensure fleet maintenance, HSE and regulatory compliance, manage drivers, vendors and 3PL partners, and monitor fuel, fleet utilization and operating costs while handling

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end transport and fleet operations.
• Knowledge of safety, HSE and regulatory compliance.
• Experience coordinating with ports, brokers and clearing agents.
