Job summary

Calo Oman is hiring a Food Delivery Coordinator at the Oman Central Production Unit in Muscat. You will connect dispatch, drivers and customer delivery, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to safety protocols.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience coordinating high-volume deliveries, be an Omani national, and proficient in route planning, Excel and Google Sheets, with strong English, Hindi, and Urdu communication to lead a dedicated delivery team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a coordinator in high-volume delivery platforms (2 years minimum).
• Must be an Omani National.
• Knowledge and competency in route mapping and planning.
• Familiar with Excel and Google Sheets.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in alignment with Calo’s culture and brand values through clear communication
• Organize and verify route orders before they leave the kitchen
• Ensure deliveries move out on time with no operational setbacks
• Handle real time communication with drivers, including last-minute changes & delays
• Act as central communication between CX team and drivers concerning updates to customers
• Maintain routine checks adhering to HACCP standards and sanitation/safety protocols
