Snoonu in Oman is seeking a LiveOps Executive to be the operational heartbeat of our delivery network across Oman. You’ll work at the intersection of riders, merchants, and technology to make real-time decisions that shape customer experience.

You will monitor live operations, coordinate with 3PL partners, resolve issues, and support city launches. Fluency in English and Arabic is important; 0–2 years’ experience is welcomed in fast-paced roles.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, last-mile delivery, or a fast-paced coordination role.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple moving parts.
• Clear, confident communicator, able to work with field teams, partners and internal stakeholders.
• Comfortable reading dashboards, maintaining trackers, and flagging anomalies.
• Proactive problem-solver with ownership mindset.
• Fluent in English and Arabic given the context in Oman.

Responsabilités

• Monitor live delivery operations across Omani cities and track order flows in real time.
• Coordinate daily with 3PL partners to align rider deployment with demand.
• Identify and resolve merchant downtime or delays and drive swift fixes.
• Support new city/zone launches with pre-launch readiness checks.
• Track KPIs (CPO, on-time rate, rider utilisation) daily and weekly.
• Provide back-end merchant support for order flow issues and access problems.
• Troubleshoot merchant device issues and coordinate with tech to minimise downtime.
