Job summary

Satel is seeking a sharp, reliable, and people-focused Resident Relations Specialist to join our Operations team. This role is essential in owning the resident journey from inquiry to move-out, ensuring exceptional service and trust with residents, including expats.

You will coordinate with maintenance and leasing teams, manage inquiries and requests, and contribute to reporting and onboarding processes to enhance resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written) – mandatory.
• Experience in residential compounds, serviced apartments, hotels, or property management is a strong plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up skills and a professional communication style.
• Familiarity with maintenance workflows and resident-facing operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all resident communication professionally.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and daily requests with accuracy, empathy, and urgency.
• Coordinate with maintenance, cleaning, leasing, and compounds teams to resolve issues.
• Schedule, track, and follow up on work orders until full closure.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports covering requests, cases, property readiness, and resident satisfaction.
• Support the leasing team during pre-move-in and post-move-out stages.
