Job summary

Rosewood Red Sea is seeking an Assistant Guest Relations Manager to lead the Guest Relations team and uphold Forbes Travel Guide and LQA standards while delivering highly personalized experiences to VIPs and all resort guests. As a key ambassador, you will coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, Butler, Housekeeping, and F&B to craft memorable stays, coach staff, and maintain exceptional service in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Fluency in English is required; other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Guest Relations, Front Office, or luxury hospitality operations in a high-end hotel or resort.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Guest Relations team operations and mentor colleagues.
• Oversee VIP, repeat guest, and special attention guest experiences.
• Collaborate with Concierge, Butler, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Front Office teams.
• Champion guest recognition and personalization initiatives.
• Ensure service recovery processes are executed professionally.
