Job summary

Rosewood Red Sea is seeking a Guest Services Associate - Front Office to act as a key ambassador, delivering personalized service throughout the guest journey. Qualifications

• You are passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and delivering intuitive, personalized service.
• You have experience in Front Office, Guest Services, Guest Relations, or a similar guest-facing hospitality role.
• You are highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• You communicate confidently and professionally with guests and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
• You remain calm under pressure and enjoy finding solutions that enhance the guest experience.
• You are comfortable working with hotel operating systems and technology platforms while maintaining accurate records and guest information.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, personalized guest experiences throughout arrival, stay, and departure.
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures, room assignments, guest profiles, and payment transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Build meaningful guest relationships, anticipate needs, and resolve requests or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Concierge, Butler Services, Bell & Door, Engineering, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Promote resort facilities, experiences, and services while identifying opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
