Job summary

Mandarin Oriental, Muscat is seeking a Lobby Attendant for the Residences team to welcome residents and guests with warmth, efficiency and grace. You will work under the Concierge and Director of Residences, upholding brand standards and delivering thoughtful service that reflects our oriental heritage.

Key duties include coordinating with departments, maintaining grooming standards, managing desk tasks, and ensuring accurate records and timely communications with colleagues and management.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a professional image.
• Comfortable with rotating shifts, including nights.
• Strong guest service mindset with attention to detail.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with all departments to ensure guest and resident satisfaction.
• Maintain Mandarin Oriental Muscat grooming and personal appearance standards.
• Follow standard operating procedures for desk-based tasks and processes.
• Keep accurate records of guest and resident requests and tasks.
