Mandarin Oriental, Muscat seeks a dedicated Room Attendant to clean and maintain guest rooms daily in line with Mandarin Oriental Standards. The role focuses on hygiene, quality, and meticulous attention to detail across bathrooms, beds and amenities.

You'll follow hotel policies, safeguard guest information, and report any issues promptly while ensuring all tasks align with department SOPs and MOHG guidelines.

Responsabilités

• General: understand and comply with all hotel policies and SOPs under MOHG Code of Conduct.
• Maintain guest rooms daily to Mandarin Oriental standards, including cleanliness, hygiene and quality.
• Remove soiled linens and towels; handover or dispose per procedure.
• Thoroughly clean guest bathrooms, walls, bathtub, shower, water closet; dry all surfaces.
• Arrange toiletries and replenish amenities and terry items in guestrooms.
• Make beds to appearance standard; fold and arrange clothing items neatly.
• Uphold guestroom and bathroom cleanliness in all areas; include inside windows and mirrors.
• Clear room service trays from corridors and return to back landings for pickup.
• Vacuum carpets and wipe furniture/baseboards; ensure all items are in good working order.
• Sign in/out keys and handheld devices daily; communicate special requests to the incoming shift leader.
• Report suspicious persons or items; identify missing, damaged or substandard furniture/equipment.
• Ensure all electronics are working properly; update guest history with completed tasks.
• Prioritize tasks based on guest requests and ensure completed rooms are correctly statused.
• Follow MOQA, LQE, LQA, Forbes, FLHSS&E standards at all times.
• Organize supply closets and work areas to maintain efficiency; return items to Lost & Found per policy.
