Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group in Muscat seeks a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to maintain cleanliness of guest corridors, pantries, storage and back-of-house areas, and to support linen delivery.

You will ensure guest requests are fulfilled professionally, assist with linen handling, and contribute to a welcoming environment while upholding MO standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the cleanliness of storage areas, flower offices, housekeeping pantries and back of house areas.
• Refills pantries with minibar items and carries out inventory controls.
• Ensures extra beds and linen storage are set up correctly.
• Supports florists in delivering arrangements where needed.
• Refills and organizes guest supplies and amenities in storages and pantries.
