Ideal candidates possess at least two years in a supervisory or guest service position within a busy telephone-based environment, with strong communication and computer skills, including MS Office and Opera systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years work experience in a supervisory or guest service role in a reservations/telephone department or large operation.
• Strong communication, telephone and customer relations skills.
• Computer skills including MS Office, email, Opera and PABX systems are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the efficient running of the Reservations department in line with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards.

As a Reservation Host, you will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest expectations.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years work experience as a Supervisor or Guest Service Officer in a Telephone Department larger operation. Well developed communication, telephone and customer relations Skills. Computer skills in the use of MS Office, email, Opera and PABX Systems will be an asset.
