The role involves managing the full cycle of technical hiring for senior engineering talent essential for a national GovTech platform. Working closely with hiring managers, you'll source and close hard-to-fill roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in technical recruiting, manage interviews efficiently, and be skilled in data-driven decision-making. Fluency in English is required, and Arabic is a plus.
